Requirements

Responsibilities

The IoT Regional Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of Smart Building Solutions within their region. This includes ensuring technical operations meet performance, security, and compliance standards, leading vendor and project management activities, and overseeing daily IoT operations. The role involves conducting site audits, managing escalations, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's IoT and sustainability objectives, and maintaining accurate documentation for all regional IoT systems. Additionally, the manager will serve as the primary regional point of contact for integrators and suppliers, coordinate with regional stakeholders, prepare performance reports, and contribute to global knowledge-sharing initiatives.
