Responsibilities

Responsible for the Operational performance of the team
Lead by example and provide support, mentoring, engagement initiatives, and constant communication to the team of Valuers
Lead change initiatives
Ensure Opteon processes are embedded
Proactive performance management with consistent performance reporting including TAT, Quality, Queries, Quoting, Financial & WIP Management targets
Set and make improvements to enhance overall performance of the team
