Twilio Segment is seeking a dynamic leader to manage one of its Commercial Segment sales organizations. This role is responsible for leading a team of Segment Account Executives (AEs) in driving opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close. The ideal candidate will employ a solution-oriented sales methodology with a focus on customer data and marketing activation use cases. This position is ideal for someone passionate about coaching and developing early-career sellers, acquiring new logos in high-growth Mid-Market and small Enterprise sectors, and experienced in driving scaled customer expansion.

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10-15% travel is anticipated.
