They should possess expertise in SaaS industry channel partner models, partner program management, and partner development, specifically within UCaaS/CCaaS. Proven experience with AI/RPO, a strong background in the distribution and reseller industry, and the ability to conduct forecasting, pipeline generating activities, and sales discipline are essential. Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, strong influencing skills to align remote teams, and exceptional time management and strategic/operational planning skills are also required. The role necessitates the ability to be in the region 4-5 days per week to work with partners.
The Regional Channel Manager will collaborate with Zoom's top partners across the Central United States, advocating for the Zoom platform's capabilities to enhance partner customer productivity, collaboration, and mobility. Responsibilities include enabling partners to sell Zoom platform solutions to new and existing customers, developing and maintaining relationships with key partner decision-makers, and collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies. The role involves aligning with Zoom Sales Leaders to ensure partners provide value and grow their business, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and developing standardized sales methodologies for partners. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for forecasting, tracking key account metrics, identifying trends, and demonstrating exceptional customer service.
