Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in strategic and tactical planning for the CAD business
  • Lead all aspects of planning, execution, and performance
  • Meet overall sales objectives (quota)
  • Successfully launch new product and service offerings
  • Improve field sales team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead colleagues to meet annual objectives
  • Execute field activities (rides, meetings, events) and provide feedback
  • Lead initiatives to enhance regional team capabilities (coaching, solution selling, etc.)
  • Lead partnership and execution of Veterinary Operations opportunities
  • Lead development and execution of Key Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and KOL objectives
  • Ensure resource allocation and utilization effectiveness
  • Oversee and teach leadership team oversight for diversion activities
  • Align and create appropriate culture with sales leadership
