Candidates should possess a University/College degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3 years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas. They should also exhibit a strategic mindset, a hunter mentality, and the ability to proactively solve problems, as well as generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

The Regional Alliances Manager will develop a business plan to achieve revenue targets within Western Canada, proactively maintain knowledge of the industry, territory, partner accounts, and competitive landscape, coordinate technical enablement for partners, support engagement between internal and partner teams, strategize and coordinate marketing programs, maintain product knowledge, and travel up to 50% of the time to support partner relationships and company initiatives, as well as complete other projects and duties as assigned.
