CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Alliances Manager for France to develop and implement a successful channel strategy. This role involves building relationships with existing partners, identifying and onboarding new partners, and driving growth within Distribution, VAR, Reseller, and Referral channels. The goal is to significantly increase partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a business plan to achieve target revenues and objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry, territory, channel partners, and the competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate technical enablement for partners with Channel Solution Architects.
  • Develop a technical enablement strategy aligned with the channel sales strategy.
  • Facilitate engagement between CrowdStrike's and partners' sales and technical teams.
  • Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on marketing programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competition.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • Undertake other assigned projects and duties.

What You’ll Need

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in channel sales within the software/SaaS B2B environment, with consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinking and a hunter mentality with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in new partner development and established relationships within the Channel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels, from sales representatives to C-level executives.
  • Motivated, focused, and independent self-starter with strong leadership and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Previous channel sales experience in information security and strong technical knowledge of security and networking technologies are preferred.
  • Native fluency in French and business-level proficiency in English.
