Requirements

  • Diplôme universitaire en commerce, marketing, sciences de la vie ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée en vente dans le secteur de la santé (dispositifs médicaux, diagnostic in vitro)
  • Maîtrise des processus de vente complexes et des appels d’offres impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation, organisation et gestion des priorités
  • Esprit collaboratif et capacité à travailler en transversal
  • Poste basé dans l'EST (Metz-Nancy), avec déplacements à prévoir sur une quinzaine de départements (75% de voyages)

Responsibilities

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales afin de favoriser l’adoption des solutions Abbott Point of Care, maximiser la part de marché et garantir la conformité aux politiques de l’entreprise et à la réglementation locale
  • Promouvoir les solutions de diagnostic Abbott Point of Care ainsi que les solutions informatiques associées auprès de différents services (cardiologie, soins intensifs, urgences, soins critiques…), dans le respect des réglementations locales
  • Stimuler la croissance et la rentabilité sur le territoire attribué en élaborant et en exécutant un plan d’action sectoriel solide
  • Identifier, acquérir et gérer les comptes clés en s’appuyant sur les ressources marketing et applicatives validées
  • Maximiser l’adoption des solutions et la conversion de nouveaux comptes conformément aux objectifs du territoire et aux stratégies marketing
  • Assurer le lancement réussi des nouveaux produits et le développement des clients existants selon les plans de ciblage et de priorisation
  • Superviser l’ensemble du cycle post-vente : mise en œuvre, formation et suivi client
  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec les leaders d’opinion et les ambassadeurs dans le territoire défini
  • Garantir un reporting précis et régulier de toutes les activités commerciales (opportunités, gestion du pipeline, interactions clients) dans le CRM
