Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience managing a team of tenured recruiters and over 7 years of HR/Recruiting experience. Demonstrated success in using data and metrics for decision-making, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and TA technologies are essential. Experience in building inclusive teams, managing performance, and navigating ambiguity is required, along with a proven ability to meet targets and manage performance. Exceptional proficiency in situational and data judgment, results orientation, operational excellence, and stakeholder management is necessary, as are consulting, collaborating, conflict management, and coaching skills. Some travel is also required.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and develop recruiting teams to meet business hiring needs with speed and quality. They will partner with business and HR leadership to understand future plans and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. This role involves driving team and individual performance goals with a focus on metrics and data, and investing in team development. Collaboration across TA, People org, and business to deliver a positive experience for stakeholders is key. The manager will use data, analytics, and insights to drive operational excellence and scalable systems, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
