The Recruiting Intern should possess good communication skills with fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), availability to support up to 20 hours per week, familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and an interest in learning new tools and technologies, a curious mindset, and be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. A data-driven mindset is a plus, and prior internship or work experience in HR, recruiting, or admin is a plus, but not required.
As a Recruiting Intern, you will collaborate with global recruiting team members across different time zones, manage and maintain job postings on internal and external platforms, coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers using ATS systems (Greenhouse and ModernLoop), support sourcing efforts including LinkedIn recruiting and pipeline tracking, support recruiting operations, documentation, and tracking systems, learn and participate in 360° recruiting—from sourcing to offer stage, and build skills to become a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers.
