Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or operations. They must possess strong organizational and communication skills, be comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient with ATS platforms, G Suite, Slack, and Notion or similar tools. A passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience is also preferred.
The Recruiting Coordinator will schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, serve as the main point of contact for candidates to ensure a smooth process, and maintain candidate data and pipelines in the Ashby ATS with accuracy. This role also involves improving recruiting processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting offer preparation and onboarding.
