What You Will Do
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships while providing a best-in-class candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Contribute to and improve our hiring processes from the ground up
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to make key hires for the organization

Role-specific:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role at a startup
- Organization & dependability: Experience managing calendars and orchestrating complex scheduling with ease
- Detail-oriented: Stays on top of all candidate and interviewer scheduling requests
- Extremely fast at getting back to people and candidates
- Maintains operational excellence: Proactively flags opportunities to automate or improve processes
- Maintains high level of data hygiene in ATS
- Adheres to SLAs and keeps others accountable for hitting their SLAs
- Growth mindset: Willingness and excitement to learn all things recruiting
- Eager to take on additional scope where needed (eg. recruiting operations)
- Eager to give and take feedback to get to better outcomes

- The hourly rate for this position is $35/hr - $42/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
