The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role at a startup, demonstrating strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to manage calendars and complex scheduling with ease. They should be detail-oriented, capable of responding extremely quickly to requests, and maintain a high level of operational excellence and data hygiene in the ATS. A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on additional scope are also essential.
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for creating a warm, responsive, and timely interview experience for candidates, coordinating over 50 candidates simultaneously and supporting multiple recruiters and pipelines. This role involves representing the company with integrity, building strong candidate relationships, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and contributing to the improvement of hiring processes. The coordinator will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate key hires and ensure adherence to SLAs.
