The Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate and schedule all interviews across the company, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. They will manage the interview process from initial outreach to the offer stage, ensuring timely communication and updates for all candidates. The role involves building and maintaining a scalable recruiting operations infrastructure, serving as the primary contact for candidates' questions, and collaborating with hiring managers to refine interview processes. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with onboarding preparation, manage and track recruiting metrics, identify areas for improvement in the recruiting process, and support employer branding initiatives.
