Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills—you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Detail-oriented mindset—you catch errors before they happen and consistently maintain high standards
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Comfort with technology, especially applicant tracking systems (ATS), calendars, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • A customer-first approach—you treat candidates like VIPs and ensure a positive recruiting experience
  • Applicants must be based in the United States
  • Bonus: Experience supporting recruiting for clinical or technical teams, familiarity with remote coordination, or experience improving recruiting processes with technology

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage interview scheduling and logistics across multiple teams, roles, and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal workflows to improve efficiency and reporting
  • Coordinate high-volume recruiting efforts, including scheduling 15–20 interviews per week for clinical, technical, and operations roles
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the interview process
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to support continuous process improvements
  • Support other recruiting operations projects, including onboarding, documentation, and process audits
