Candidates must have 3 to 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proficiency in Portuguese and advanced English language skills are required. Experience with applicant tracking systems, sophisticated Boolean search language, and various sourcing techniques including social media and deep web sourcing is necessary. The ability to solicit referrals and utilize proprietary software for talent community engagement is also expected.
The Recruiter will manage the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and consultative partner to hiring managers. Responsibilities include conducting detailed job scope conversations, reviewing applicants, building recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing passive and active candidates through multiple channels, and generating targeted lists of candidates. They will also solicit referrals, utilize mobile and email campaigning, connect with talent communities using a mix of media, provide tailored value propositions, prepare candidates for interviews, ensure timely candidate updates, maintain candidate interest, conduct professional phone interviews, and navigate difficult conversations to gather information.
