A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a partnership-centric approach to working with business leaders are essential. Proven success in building unique solutions to attract, source, close, and retain candidates, along with a passion for connecting with people and building trusting relationships, is required. Fluency in spoken and written English is also necessary.
The Senior Recruiter will build relationships and partner with business partners and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and set talent acquisition strategies. They will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, provide an excellent candidate experience, and use data and metrics to improve processes. Responsibilities also include coaching hiring teams, facilitating interview debriefs, and acting as a strategic talent partner to optimize hiring decisions.
