Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will build relationships and partner with business partners and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and set talent acquisition strategies. They will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, provide an excellent candidate experience, and use data and metrics to improve processes. Responsibilities also include coaching hiring teams, facilitating interview debriefs, and acting as a strategic talent partner to optimize hiring decisions.
