Responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and providing proactive and timely communication. They serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. The Recruiter will lead job scope meetings to determine position specifications, review candidates through the Applicant Tracking System, develop recruitment marketing plans, source candidates via various methods, engage candidates with appropriate communication, assess candidate qualifications through phone interviews and skills testing, and issue background and reference information as needed. They will also keep candidates engaged throughout the process and influence the hiring decision.
