Candidates must have recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas sector, and English proficiency is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search language. Experience with recruitment marketing plans and sourcing strategies is also necessary.
The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and providing proactive and timely communication. They will lead job scope meetings, review candidates via the ATS, develop recruitment marketing plans, source candidates through various channels, engage candidates with appropriate media, assess candidate qualifications through phone interviews and skills testing, and issue background and reference information as needed. They will also keep candidates engaged throughout the process and partner with hiring leaders to influence the final hire.
