Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for EMEA roles, with a focus on GTM (Sales, Success, Marketing) and Product, Design and Engineering
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, requirements, and interview processes
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines (outreach, inbound, referrals)
Run structured, values-aligned interviews and feedback loops
Ensure excellent candidate experience from intro call to offer
Track, report, and improve hiring metrics using Greenhouse
