Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of recruiting experience, demonstrating proven successes in corporate or RPO environments. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include leading job scope meetings, developing recruitment marketing plans, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting phone interviews, managing candidate engagement, negotiating offers, and providing regular reporting on recruiting activities.
