Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of recruiting experience, demonstrating proven successes in corporate or RPO environments. Fluency in French at the C1 level is required, along with proficient English skills. Additional European languages such as Spanish, Italian, or German are considered advantageous but not mandatory.
The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing calls to offer management, recruiting for fixed-term and permanent positions across BD France at various levels, including commercial, functional, and manufacturing roles. Key responsibilities include leading job scope meetings, developing recruitment marketing plans, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting phone interviews, managing candidate engagement, negotiating offers, and providing regular reporting on recruiting activities.
