Requirements

Candidates must have experience in a recruitment role, with proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar field, familiarity with Recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ClickUp, Lever etc., strong attention to detail, excellent decision-making skills, and English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants must also have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection, as well as a reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
