Requirements

Candidates should possess a proven record of success in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with experience in startup, established technology, or recruiting agency environments. They should demonstrate problem-solving skills, the ability to build trust and credibility with hiring teams, and be inquisitive and curious about the business and industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

The Recruiter will own and drive the recruiting process full-cycle for assigned requisitions, from opening roles to negotiating and closing candidates. They will partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategies, research and map talent markets, develop and foster talent pipelines, and manage stages in the ATS. The Recruiter will also provide insight and improvements through data analysis, mentor new talent staff, and help the team develop best practices and new initiatives as the company scales, while ensuring a positive experience for all prospects and candidates.
