Requirements

Completed first state law examination (Erster Staatsexamen)
Currently undergoing legal training (Referendariat)
Preference for specialization in general civil law, competition law, trademark law, IP law, consumer law, and corporate law
Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand and present legal matters
Excellent self-organization and independence, high willingness to work, and a hands-on mentality

Responsibilities

Independently answer legal questions from other departments
Draft contracts, letters of recommendation, legal documents, powers of attorney, processes/guidelines, and other legal documents and their implementation
Support the Legal Department through research and elaborations on topics in general civil, competition, trademark, IP, consumer, and corporate law
Coordinate and prepare meeting schedules
