Responsibilities

  • Independently answer legal questions from other departments
  • Draft contracts, letters of recommendation, legal documents, powers of attorney, processes/guidelines, and other legal documents and their implementation
  • Support the Legal Department through research and elaborations on topics in general civil, competition, trademark, IP, consumer, and corporate law
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting schedules
