Requirements

Responsibilities

The Real Estate Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, manage tenant relations including lease agreements and dispute resolution, ensure timely rent collection and lease renewals, coordinate property maintenance and vendor services, conduct property inspections, prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports, advertise vacant properties, enforce lease terms, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
