Responsibilities

Community Leadership
Engage with and grow Binance-owned global and flagship communities (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp)
Foster meaningful, positive engagement
Create content and initiatives that strengthen brand, deepen trust, and energize community members
Support Binance Angels recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
Be the connective tissue between users and the company
Gather, synthesize, and share community insights with internal teams
Identify gaps and opportunities within current community systems and tools
Design and implement improvements to community systems and tools
Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve internal workflows, community operations, and user experience
Define KPIs, track progress, and report impact
Shape product and system roadmaps by aligning community needs with company priorities
Spot and evaluate new opportunities for community-driven initiatives
Manage communities or events with strong ownership, creativity, and emotional intelligence
Build a Discord bot as part of the role (technical skills required)
