Requirements

  • Competent and fluent in conducting professional reagent product trainings and promotions to customers and distributors
  • Ability to collect, analyze customer data and panels, and filter out assay opportunities
  • Capable of identifying key customers, key menus, and developing clinical KOLs
  • Skilled in formulating action plans, work schedules, and providing customized assay panels
  • Ability to regularly visit customers, attend external seminars, and organize promotion activities

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned reagent sales objectives and growth targets according to superior's requirements
  • Identify key customers and key menus as growth drivers
  • Provide customized assay panels to increase reagent sell-through
  • Support sales staff by providing reagent products during equipment sales, new customer breakthroughs, and reagent bidding
  • Collect and analyze customer data and panels to filter assay opportunities
  • Periodically review reagent business and funnel with sales team, manager, and dealers
  • Regularly visit customers to collect business information and deliver reagent selling value
  • Source and develop clinical KOLs to promote assay funnel wins and volume growth
  • Formulate corresponding action plans and work schedules based on market dynamics
  • Conduct professional reagent product trainings and promotions to customers and distributors
  • Organize promotion activities for key target clinical departments
  • Attend external seminars for continuous learning
