Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Engineering, and a minimum of five years of related experience in sensory or consumer research, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. They should have experience working with Canadian and U.S.A food standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

The R&D Sr. Scientist, ART will lead and execute technical R&D work on multiple research and applied research projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, research new technologies and industry trends, lead ideation and technical feasibility assessments, develop new and modify existing formulations and processes, maintain accurate records, and lead the development of SOP’s and testing methods.
