Requirements

4+ years experience in a similar role
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build relationships across multiple teams

Responsibilities

Review and understand product specifications, pricing structures, and contractual terms
Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to gather necessary information for order preparation
Provide support to sales and renewals teams in responding to customer queries regarding orders
Collaborate with sales representatives and renewal managers to structure deals that meet customer requirements while maximizing revenue and profitability
Provide historical analysis on existing customers’ purchases
Educate sales team on how to best understand business rules around our Product
Responsible for sending all approved orders to customers for signature
Review and validate Orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
Utilize CRM and order management systems to track orders and maintain accurate records
Support the sales and renewals team in closing opportunities
Ensuring order fulfillment information is accurate prior to closure to set up downstream teams for success
Analyze all opportunity records within Salesforce to identify potential roadblocks and provide actionable insights to the sales team for closing deals effectively
Ensure timely and accurate order processing for closed opportunities within Salesforce
Support the Billing team with any inquires post opportunity closure as it relates to the order customer purchase order
