Responsibilities

Complete the screening process on all new and existing professional accounts for Angi
Take customer service calls
Account updates for record keeping
Research state license and insurance companies as needed
Compliance with screening standards
Complete accurate account review and account compliance tasks
Scrub submitted accounts against company compliance and standards
Contribute to Service Provider Screening integrity
Company data processing and integrity
Handle sensitive information with integrity
Mitigate company risk by identifying and flagging potential risks
Provide exemplary customer service to Service Professionals
