Requirements

5+ years of experience working with suppliers, preferably in mechanical parts or components
Proven success improving supplier quality and performance through strong relationships and accountability
Experience applying ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality management systems
Skilled in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and data-based decision-making
Comfortable working independently in the field and communicating effectively across remote teams
U.S. citizen or valid Green Card holder
