Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject, with proven experience in software quality assurance. Required skills include high attention to detail, an agile mindset, fluent English communication, understanding of system design and software architecture, high knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, multitasking abilities, experience writing test plans and cases in tools like Xray, and a good understanding of web application concepts (HTTP, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON) with experience using tools like Postman or Swagger.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Engineer will own and supervise the QA flow, collaborating with Product Owners and developers to ensure product quality. Responsibilities include handling functional scenarios, participating in the full development process within a Scrum Team, defining and reviewing acceptance criteria, performing exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing, creating and maintaining test plans and cases, identifying and communicating risks, leading test design decisions, participating in agile ceremonies, and collaborating on test automation and release processes.
