Requirements
Candidates should possess over 2 years of experience in customer support or contact center industries, demonstrating native-level proficiency in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese languages alongside advanced English skills. Flexibility in shift schedules is required, along with hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, a relevant background in customer support roles, and the ability to deliver professional feedback. Proficiency in Excel with excellent analytical abilities, autonomous work capacity, and collaborative teamwork skills are also necessary, alongside excellent communication skills, objectivity, and an assertive attitude. Attention to detail and effective task prioritization skills are essential.
Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Associate, the role involves transaction monitoring of agents’ calls/emails/or back-office work, providing feedback for agent, process, and project improvements. The position requires conducting audits of transactions against customer experience expectations, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and maintaining data integrity. Additionally, the role entails deep dive analysis of relevant data to identify risks, performing calibration with auditors and trainers, generating quality reports and insights, and participating in building high-quality standards for customer service.
