Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on software development and testing methodologies. Demonstrated experience leading and scaling QA teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of Agile and DevOps principles. Responsibilities

As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will lead the global QA function across North America and India, driving the evolution of QA to meet the demands of an AI-native future and championing AI-driven testing. You will build, mentor, and scale high-performing QA teams, own and evolve the release management process, lead the design and execution of a scalable test automation strategy, oversee performance, load, and reliability testing, and define and track KPIs for software quality and team effectiveness. Additionally, you will provide actionable insights and regular reporting to leadership on product health and continuous improvement efforts.
