Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for innovative XR products. This role involves managing a small team of QA testers, defining and implementing robust test strategies, enhancing automation processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of our products in live environments. Your leadership and expertise in QA practices will be crucial in upholding our high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with QA testers and engineers to design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for XR products and backend services.
• Implement and manage an automated testing framework to improve internal QA processes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, internal stakeholders, and clients to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate adherence to quality standards across the QA and engineering teams.
• Maintain and update QA documentation and report on testing progress metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering and software testing, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality products.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of QA engineers.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices in Quality Assurance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with performance, load, and stress testing tools.
• Understanding of API testing and service-oriented architectures (REST, gRPC).
• Familiarity with XR/AR/VR technologies or other immersive platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and related issue tracking software (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
