Responsibilities

The AR Center Team Lead will support the AR Center Supervisor by providing technical expertise and guidance to the AR team. This includes overseeing credit risk evaluation, credit monitoring, and the collection of delinquent accounts, as well as ensuring dispute resolution. The role involves providing daily direction to employees, evaluating processes, offering performance feedback, ensuring adequate training, assisting with daily operations, and contributing to process improvement projects. Additionally, the Team Lead is responsible for the integrity of data entered into the Webcollect system and communicating suggested process changes to management.
