Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager Test COE, the individual will lead and oversee the processes within the organization’s Quality Assurance area, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. They will develop and lead the test strategy for various components, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, financial neutrality testing, and performance testing, across claims platforms. The role also involves establishing and monitoring the ongoing capabilities required for an effective test environment, creating targeted test scenarios, managing defect resolution, providing recommendations for enhancing metrics and reporting standardization, integrating standards with quality principles and methodologies, designing and implementing process improvement changes, and building relationships with technical and organizational leaders to achieve testing objectives. Finally, they will advise management on issues related to process implementation and refinement, and manage team performance through feedback and development.
