Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration / Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of international experience in Purchasing Administration, understanding of sourcing and procurement practices, and inventory management, along with proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, Outlook).
Responsibilities
The Purchasing Admin will be responsible for order placement of customer orders, scanning order sheets with PO reference numbers and saving them in a designated folder, managing supplier back orders on a monthly basis and generating outstanding orders reports, following up with suppliers, generating reports for negative stocks, updating delivery dates, managing files for supplier price adjustments, and generating reports.
