Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate project pipeline/pipeline sufficiency and track it through tools and data reporting
  • Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top SLED accounts within the Midwest territory
  • Build and execute account plans within a CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Manage the sales cycle, including creation of client presentations and demos
  • Partner with channel partners (System Integrators, VARs, resellers) to fulfill customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal team members (Sales Engineers, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, Marketing) and external customers/partners to enhance processes and delivery
  • Listen, aggregate feedback, and provide customer insights on market trends and competitive landscape to product management
  • Streamline feedback from the team toward selling and operational efficiencies
  • Work with cross-functional departments (Marketing, SE, HQ resources) to deliver elite customer experience
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners in the territory
  • Help maintain Alliance partnerships and Networking events in the territory
  • Engage with key decision makers and influencers up to VP-level and C-Level executives to define solutions exceeding business expectations
