Requirements
- 4+ years in crypto with hands-on involvement in public-company or capital-formation processes
- Experience in ETFs, ETPs, equity capital markets, or public-company transactions
- Track record with sponsors/administrators or successful completion of RTOs, PIPEs, or follow-on offerings
- Institutional network across sponsors, administrators, custodians, APs, MMs, and institutional investors
- Strong documentation practices, investor-ready materials, accuracy, and governance hygiene
- Able to obtain outside-activity approval and sign conflicts/confidentiality letters
- No transaction-based compensation for securities unless separately licensed and engaged

Responsibilities
- Spearhead transition to public markets through strategic transaction execution and institutional partnership development
- Navigate complex public listing pathways, including RTO structures and alternative routes across jurisdictions like Canada, US, TSX Venture Exchange, Cboe Canada, and Nasdaq
- Orchestrate public market readiness strategy
- Manage sophisticated capital formation processes, including PIPE transactions
- Build strategic relationships within the ETF and ETP ecosystem
- Architect institutional-grade market presence, aligning business objectives with capital market opportunities
- Create structured, investor-ready frameworks
- Maintain transparent stakeholder communication throughout complex market transitions
- Lead transaction processes end-to-end, including documentation and execution
- Coordinate clearly between bankers, investors, legal, finance, listings, and internal teams
