Responsibilities

主导PUBG Mobile在拉美区域的运营工作，统筹产品的活跃/商业化运营、版本管理和用户运营等
负责拉美区域运营定制功能/区域运营活动设计，跟进活动开发进度，为活动结果负责
建立关键指标的日常监控机制，监控日常游戏数据，定期输出相关结论和报告
基于产品、用户及市场数据的研究和分析，建立清晰的用户画像和行为特征认知
协助管理巴墨两地运营相关团队，为各项运营模块目标负责
