Candidates must reside in Oklahoma or within 50 miles of the state border and possess an Associate Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations, provider communications and education, or related health plan operations is required, along with 3+ years of marketing and communications experience drafting provider content for resources, educational materials, or training. Familiarity with learning design principles and proven application in creating provider training and educational materials is necessary, as is knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills are also required.
The Provider Services Educational & Communications Professional will assist in developing provider educational and communications materials, organize provider outreach campaigns, and ensure providers complete all market-required trainings. This role involves creating and maintaining provider communications such as templates, fax blasts, memos, and web updates, and partnering with internal teams to craft material for provider education based on trending needs and errors. Responsibilities also include drafting/compiling quarterly provider newsletters, supporting annual reviews of market-specific materials, participating in project meetings to understand training needs, and assisting team members with document reviews and tracking. The individual will also track and analyze the training program's effectiveness.
