Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in onboarding, teaching, training, or facilitation, preferably in an education, healthcare, or remote setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential, along with experience facilitating virtual training using platforms like Google Meet and Zoom, and familiarity with an LMS. Proficiency in Google Suite and tracking/management systems such as Zendesk or AirTable is required, as is the ability to adapt quickly to change. Experience in a fast-paced startup or a behavioral health company is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Provider Onboarding Specialist will lead weekly orientations, Q&A sessions, and provider meetings to support a smooth onboarding journey. They will deliver demos, coaching, and ad-hoc trainings, foster an inclusive and engaging environment, and keep training materials updated in partnership with SMEs. Responsibilities also include designing interactive sessions, tracking and reporting on attendance and engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities for peer mentoring and ongoing provider support.
