Responsibilities

The Property Management Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of rental properties, including managing tenant accounts and processing payments using AppFolio and Buildium, handling lease agreements and terminations while ensuring compliance with local rental laws, addressing tenant inquiries and maintenance requests, tracking income and expenses, generating financial reports, coordinating with property owners and vendors, conducting tenant screenings, assisting with property marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and other property management regulations. They will also maintain organized records of leases, invoices, and financial documents.
