Responsibilities

The Property Caretaker will assist with operations by managing a specific portfolio of properties, supporting the team by addressing escalated guest and homeowner concerns, developing relationships with property owners, performing light home maintenance, conducting regular inspections, meeting and maintaining Vacasa standards and metrics, managing a budget for their portfolio, partnering with the Business Development Representative, and providing cross-coverage for colleagues when needed.
