Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-college or university and 0 to 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required skills include building stable working relationships, following standard practices, understanding project management teams, resolving conflict, meeting schedule timelines, excellent communication (verbal, written, documentation), the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, self-starting with minimal assistance, familiarity with spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project documentation, strong observational and analytical skills including data organization and accuracy, risk management, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to executives. Preferred qualifications include various certifications, change management knowledge, and familiarity with project management methodologies.
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing projects from initiation to delivery, with a focus on data center networking coordination. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional and technical projects, partnering with functional teams throughout project phases, tracking program milestones, timelines, and deliverables, assisting with project performance measurement using metrics and KPIs, providing regular status updates, helping with internal process improvements and gap removal, ensuring risks are accounted for and providing mitigation strategies, acting as a point of contact for vendors and stakeholders, coordinating meetings, and evaluating post-project results to recommend improvements.
