Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or project management (Master's in architecture preferred)
  • At least 10 years of project management experience
  • Registered constructor certificate preferred
  • Proficient in editing computer presentation documents and independent presentation/reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Office software
  • Essential English writing ability

  • Familiarity with government approval and acceptance processes for construction projects

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and track overall project progress plans
  • Develop project execution plans
  • Conduct project risk analysis and control
  • Deeply understand budgets, manage project costs, and provide monthly reports
  • Coordinate with procurement and project control teams, formulate and implement project tender strategies
  • Manage changes
  • Handle construction management and project handover
  • Manage completion documentation and spare parts handover
  • Determine project execution plans with other stakeholders to meet functional, quality, and schedule goals within budget
  • Prepare and track project scope
  • Prepare project reports and report to management
  • Participate in contractor and supplier qualification reviews
  • Cooperate with internal licensing and approval teams to complete all project approvals and acceptance processes

  • Assist in managing supplier communications, including change approvals and progress
  • Supervise FAM project construction activities, act as main site contact if needed, coordinate with other parties
  • Coordinate construction permits for buildings and rides
  • Manage and prepare project handover documents, including as-built drawings and operation/maintenance manuals
