Proven experience with standard project management methodologies like waterfall and Agile is essential, along with excellent project planning, risk management, and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines, exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include experience with specific SIEM solutions (Splunk, IBM QRadar, Exabeam, LogRhythm) and project management certifications like PMP.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of CrowdStrike's platform services products. This includes developing and managing project plans, resource allocation, and schedules. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand requirements, gather information, and provide updates. The Project Manager will lead and manage technical teams, including engineers and consultants, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies with contingency plans. They will also develop and maintain project documentation, collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, support) for alignment, ensure adherence to industry best practices, and conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
