Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 4 years of experience in Professional Services or consulting. Proven success managing technical projects in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, VM environments, and Data Analytics is required, along with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Project Management methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at Director/VP/C-level are essential, as is experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Agile tracking systems. Strong business acumen, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP (PMI) are also necessary. The ability to travel domestically as needed is essential.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager II will lead the delivery of cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives by developing and executing project plans, applying appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), and facilitating Scrum events. They will serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating project updates, risks, and milestones proactively. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, coaching them in Agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. The Project Manager will also conduct project reviews, identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and partner with sales and solution architects on project scoping and change management.
