Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with PMM, Demand Gen, Brand, and Operations teams to execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Act as the central point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders and partners, facilitating effective communication across workstreams
  • Drive campaign planning processes, working with stakeholders to define goals, workback schedules, and KPIs
  • Proactively identify risks, propose contingency plans, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns
  • Own end-to-end project management for all creative requests, including intake, scoping, scheduling, resource planning, approvals, and delivery
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and identify risks
  • Lead planning and execution of strategic initiatives by aligning stakeholders on program goals, scope, and success metrics
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, intake processes, templates, and playbooks for repeatable program execution
