Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure of client projects. This includes gathering and validating client requirements, identifying and resourcing projects based on quality, cost, and schedule, and performing risk analysis and contingency planning. The role involves leading internal and external teams, creating schedules, monitoring delivery timeliness, managing budgets and project costs, and establishing strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers. The Project Manager will oversee project activities, resolve issues, optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality, and profitability, and report on project scope, financials, progress, and status. Additionally, they will ensure finance systems are accurate, manage process documentation and knowledge management, and maintain project profit through margin management.
